Bo had a strong, positive and immediate impact on the sales approach and overall culture of the Cisco Media Solutions from the time he joined. His strong and unique combination of technical competence, business acumen, understanding of organizational dynamics and effective communication skills allows him to bridge multiple parts of the organization and affect positive change. Few people possess the unique blend of all these traits and even fewer utilize them as effectively as Bo. He’s a pleasure to work with and I hope to have an opportunity to do so again.

Bo is a very smart, passionate, hard working technically sophisticated person. He worked for CMSG sales and quickly established himself both internally and with customers and prospects as smart, and solutions oriented. Bo is very strong with the customer on the intersection of technology and business.

Simply put, Bo is the quintessential embodiment of the term “can do”. I worked with Bo on a number of projects and his determination to add value for the customer led to some of the best work I have had the pleasure to be involved with. One example was a difficult integration project with a Sun Microsystems product. He made quick work of getting the “right” technical people involved and enabling them (including myself) to accomplish the goal. It was a real pleasure to work with him and I hope to have the chance to do so again.

I worked with Bo at ForeScout Technologies on numerous accounts together. He is not only very charismatic and technically sound, but he taught me many things in dealings with customers, including optimizing customer relationships from a pre and post sales position.
